Questdlg Timer/Timeout

Hi,

I am looking to add a time dependent option to an if else-if statement following a questdlg box with 3 options. That is, I want the box to close if the user does not respond within 15 seconds. I am relatively new to Matlab and am not sure how to accomplish this. Any help would be much appreciate. Thanks.

questdlg() creates a figure whose Tag is the same as the title you supply. But questdlg() does not return until it has an answer or the figure is deleted. Therefore what you would need to do is start the timer before you invoked questdlg, and the timer would have to look for a figure with the right Tag and delete that figure.
