As the error suggests, you activated MATLAB to a different Linux Login Name than the one you're launching MATLAB with. Reactivate MATLAB with the correct Login Name by running the Activation Client and going through its prompts. It's in /usr/local/MATLAB/R2015b/bin as activate_matlab.sh.
