subplot function does not work
Show older comments
I have used the subplot on multiple occasions before, but I am getting an error of 'too many inputs' when attempting to use it now. When I type 'help subplot' the following appears

It seams to me that somehow the subplot function has become damaged within my Matlab program. How do I fix this?

What does
which subplot
return?

You are right: There is obviously another subplot.m in your path. Perhaps it was created by a failing try to import data?! Just a guess.
Use
which subplot -all
Most likely the first one can be deleted, but better store it in a cool dry place, if it contains any useful code.
