Is there any command that I can use so I get the output from the Diagnostic Viewer displayed in the command vindow when for example updating my diagram in simulink? Basically I want to see all the warnings in the command window.

You can use the ‘sldiagviewer.diary’ function to log the diagnostic messages.
sldiagviewer.diary
type diary.txt
You can learn more about ‘sldiagviewer.diary’ by entering the following command in your MATLAB Command Window:
doc sldiagviewer.diary
Hope this helps!
