Is it possible in MATLAB to copy and paste .mdl blocks to Word2007 environment? Or make a high quality picture from .mdl block and put it in Word?

I don't have much experience with this, but I think what you need is the Simulink Report Generator product.
If quality is not very important, I've resorted to screen-grabs in the past.

This could extract a high quality figure from .mdl model into Word Office

For printing in a so high quality from .mdl models:
First extract it in a .html format then print (file>>export to web...)
