Fuel cell problem

Hi Im designing a fuel cell where the output of the fuel cell has to boosted and then fed to a inverter for connecting it to a grid supply.(Im using the DC supply instead of using the FUEL cell stack)
The problem im facing is that the inverted output is not at all sinosoidal it keeps on increasing and the value of the output is also high(above 2500v for input supply of 100v). can anyone help me out to have a pure sinosoidal wave.
Im using the normal boost converter and DC-DC converter for implementing the inversion operation.

Might be a problem with the control algorithm. Without a model is difficult to tell.

Could be because of the Duty Cycle you set to the DCDC-Converter. Please give us more information about your model to see where the problem is.
