How will i do integration and differention as vdx is not allowed in integration block? Also i want to create the model in domain other than time do you have any example to share?

Simulink simulated dynamic systems, therefore it runs in the time domain. In this example, a flexible beam can be modeled as a series of elements using SimMechanics which uses a finite element analysis type approach.
