DWT transform for EMG signal

I am performing a DWT on EMG signal. I got the matrices for approximation and detail, but I am stuck at a point for calculating frequency domain features like median frequency and mean power. Can anybody suggest what steps should I follow ?

I have applied the pwelch and obtained the power and frequency vector already.
