Have a GUI interface, Have user inputs, generate a 3d surphase on the same interface?

Hi guys,
Maybe I am asking too much. But with matlab, can I do the following?
Ask user input to enter certain variables. Use those variables to generate a 3d surface. Display that 3d surface on that user interface window?
