Error Polyspace Access Licence R2022b

I recently have this error in my web server polyspace access, i can't acces to my code metrcis and all types of analysis in my recent folder.

Do you have an idea ?

As the issue list points to underlying reasons probably only your IT department can solve, maybe you want to approach them first and they contact MathWorks in case still needed.
