can't install cvx

Hi, All
I have the problem of connect to the cvx websitel, the website always show me that
Error establishing a database connection
how can I solve the problem?

At first I wanted to suggest to contact CVX's support as this is a 3rd party product and they likely can help better. But then I checked http://cvxr.com/cvx/support/ and I get the same error message. Actually 3 other URLs I tried but the main page https://cvxr.com/ throw that error.
