Is there a problem with Matlab Visualisations updating?

Is there a problem with Matlab Visualisations? My thingspeak matlab visualsations seem to be frozen and wont update when refreshed. If I manually go into the code and press save and run the updated data appears but not on my main public view page.

I have raised a ticket with Mathworks regarding this and will share if i get a solution. If anyone else finds a solution please post it here.

We are aware of the issue and are working on a fix. In the mean time, you can use a hard refresh (Ctrl-F5) to get a refresh outside each 5 minute window.

This should be resolved. Can one of you please confirm that it works correctly with no changes needed on your end?

The root cause was a default caching setting for the image which resulted in the image being cached in the browser and it not requesting for a new image from the server.
