ENTER pressed automatically when left-clicking and moving?

So, basically whenever I left click and drag the cursor on the command window (for instance to scroll up the bar), for some reason Matlab thinks I am pressing ENTER and it skips a line. This wouldn't bother me that much if it didn't interrupt scripts while running, as if I stopped the execution voluntarily. I have no idea why this is happening and it begins right after I open MATLAB. It doesn't happen if I only left click in the window or if i scroll up using the wheel on the mouse.
