Caused by:
Error using
parallel.internal.pool.SpfClientSession
Failed to open any port in the range [27370
28370]. Verify that at least one port is
available in this range and not in use by
another process on this machine. Cause:
Failed to bind to ::1:28370 with error:
Cannot assign requested address.

It sounds as if your matlab process is being restricted by an internal firewall
