self paced online course

Sir,

I am doing a self paced course titled" Introduction to Linear Algebra with MATLAB" . Today i am unable to launch the course and it is telling trying to connect to cloud but unable to launch though i waited for so many minutes. Can this problem be resolved please.

Sir,

It got solved within 15 minutes later, but again today when i am trying to resume the course again same problem i got . so i logged out after waiting for some time.

DEAR PRANAV , YOU HAVE TO COMPLETE WHOLE MODULUE THAT MEANS IF THE LESSON HAVE FIVE TASKS YOU HAVE TO COMPLETE THE 5 TAASKS THEN ONLY IT IS COMPLETED AND CHECK THE PERCENTAGE OF COMPLETION ON THE COURSE OF EACH AND EVERY LESSON
