@Walter Roberson -- I'm amazed that your previous post (MATLAB Answers is currently broken) got 141 views as of a few minutes ago. I couldn't acccess anything from about 11:00 UCT 19 May 2025 until now.
I wonder what caused the outage?

My "Currently broken" post was an edit of an earlier "testing one two three four" post about 11 hours previous, during a time when I was able to sneak in a post before things broke again.

Some of the alternative routes are currently broken, such as http://www.mathworks.com.co.uk/matlabcentral/answers

'Answers' appears to have been back up since 27 May 2025 at about 13:00 UCT.
'My MATLAB Answers' and a number of other pages also appear to be functioning now.

The sleeping giant wakes slowly. It reminds me of a comment made about bridge. "Do you want me to be right, but slow, or wrong fast?"
My thanks to those who have been working to correct the problem.

Thanks @John D'Errico, many folks have been working tirelessly since the 18th. I've shared your comment internally and it's much appreciated.

(Answers Dev) @Walter Roberson, can you be more specific about what is broken? Is it that it still routes back to the US site?

Yikes! I had been wondering what could be going so horribily wrong, for so long. The possibility of ransomware never crossed my mind. (I assumed it was the New Desktop release. 😉)
Thanks to all the Mathworkers working on this.

https://www.mathworks.co.uk/matlabcentral/answers used to work to reach MATLAB Answers. It currently instead reports
Hmm. We’re having trouble finding that site.
We can’t connect to the server at www.mathworks.co.uk.
