What is the body velocity of the "rotor" in aerospace blockset?

Hi everyone, I would like to ask: does the body velocity of the rotor equivalent to the oncoming flow to the rotor (in forward flight of a propeller plane)?
Thanks!

Can you clarify what you mean by "body velocity of the rotor"? Are you referring to linear velocity or angular velocity, or something else?

The 'Body velocity of rotor(Vb)' of a 'Rotor' block is the velocity of the rotorcraft expressed in the body fixed coordinate frame as [u,v,w].
'u' is the forward speed of the rotor in forward flight mode. The forward body velocity is approximately equal to the oncoming flow when effects of wind, sideslip and neglected.
I hope this resolves your query!
