Why does the mate slot in SW appear as an unknown constraint?

I am trying to export my CAD model from Solidworks via Simscape Multibody link, only it gives me error: Unknown constraint. I have created a link called slot mate and I don't understand why it doesn't convert correctly as, if I were to make the model from simscape, the toolbox provides the pin slot joint which is used to make that type of link. How can I solve this? Thanks in advance.
