RE - Road runner installation guide

After got an access from out IT administrator. I can't able to find the Road Runner license in my product search engine. Where I need get my license number

Aplogise to this delay@Andreas Goser, I got stuck in finding the installation file of Road Runner in my license setup. Exactly in "Mysoftwate" to finding the my license. Looking forward your solution.

As per your description above, you do not find a RoadRunner license in "My Software" of your MathWorks Account. This means whatever your IT department did was not successful or not complete and the next step is to re-engage with your IT.

As RoadRunner is somewhat differenlty to most other MathWorks products, I have seen IT departments not fully aware of what to do. They can contact MathWorks installation support if there is a need.I have recently seen a successfuly approach where the end user called support together with IT, this went very smoothly as the changes the IT person did immedeately could be tested by the end user during the call.
