mimo with 150 antenna technology

I´m working on MIMO SYSTEMS.I like to work with a big number of antenna in transmission (about 150 ) : what is the appropriate technology to use , I read about OSTBC, and I found it very interesting but I think that it works with maximum 4 antenna in transmission and 8 in reception so I could not use it Thank you in advance.
