Matlab freezes when using the "print" command for exporting figures or code as pdf

Hi, Matlab always freezes when I use the "print" command to export figures or code to PDF. Whether I want to export a Matlab code or a Simulink model or figure, it always freezes as soon as I click "print". I read about previous threads on this topic, but all of them were about 10 years old and the problem should be fixed by an update. I am using Matlab R2024a and Windows 11 Enterprise. Any idea how to fix this?

Could you please share the MATLAB script or Simulink model file where you're encountering the issue? It would be very helpful for reproducing the issue.
I am sending some sample files as an attachment. The Matlab code contains the variables for the Simulink model. However, this seems to be a general problem as it occurs with any code or model. When I try to print the Simulink model, only the Simulink window freezes. Matlab remains active but stops responding to commands. With the figure, the behavior is the same. When I try to print the Matlab code, the Matlab window freezes except the command window. In all cases, I have to close Matlab via the Windows Task Manager. I waited about 5 minutes for a response before closing.

Hi Karan, thanks for the links, but it turned out the issue wasn't limited to MATLAB, it occurred with other applications as well. Also, it only occurred when I was abroad for a conference, so I assume it was somehow related to some weird network settings in Windows 11. Since it was working again when I got back home, I didn't spend more time troubleshooting.
