need help in plotting the values

i have 3 sets of coefficients in matrix form. these are mel frequency cepstral coefficients which are unique for each speech signal. i want to plot them and show that they are different from each other. which plot is to be used which will show best differentiation. pls help.i have attached excel file of these coefficients.
