Stateflow Onramp not launching on Simulink Desktop.

I tried launching Stateflow Onramp from the Simulink Start Page on Desktop but I only got this far. Clicking on the button gave no response. I went through the community page but could not find a solution to my problem.

If you do not have a license for Simulink, you can only go through Simscape Onramp online.
You can refer the following MathWorks documentation for the same:

I am currently using an education license for both MATLAB and Simulink. However, I am still unable to access the Onramp material. I can proceed with going through the Stateflow Onramp online, my only nitpick is that it can be rather slow at times.
Thank you for the help.

Did you try to open it from the command window? If not, you can try running this in the command window:
learning.simulink.launchOnramp("stateflow")
