Can i do prediction based on several contributing inputs(Like Five inputs)?

Hello Team, I am new to Time Series Forecasting Using Deep Learning. Can i do a daily predition of 'Y' for 10 years prediction (2024 to 2034) from mult-Inputs form previous years (1988 to 2023) 'Y', 'A', 'B', 'C', 'D' and 'E'.? All data are daily data.
