How to debug code while running in SIL mode

I tried debugging generated code in SIL mode on VS code. I did setup as mentioned in below link, but it is not detailed enough and I'm getting a few errors like mentioned in below Snipshot. When tried following the instructions in comment, it threw new errors. How to setup it?

Please check that you have installed the latest version of the support package which can be found at:

MATLAB Coder Interface for Visual Studio Code Debugging - File Exchange - MATLAB Central (mathworks.com)

If installing the latest version does not resolve the issue, you can contact MathWorks Technical Support and it would be helpful if you provide the following information:

1. The error message.
2. How to reproduce the error. Do you close MATLAB and start it again?
3. The MATLAB release and support package version you are using.
4. Your platform (Windows, Mac, or Linux).
