Even I have increased the MOSFET gate threshold voltage also the Drain current remains same, why???

Increasing the mosfet threshold voltage will make it conduct less, not more. You need to parameterize the mosfet correctly. In this case, the most likely culprit is that your not driving the mosfet with a high enough voltage to turn it on. If you want better answers, please provide simulation files to look at. It is also possible you haven't implemented the gate drive circuit correctly, or that other parameters are set so that the block is conducting less than you expect.
