F28379d Communication Protocol Error

Hello,

I am trying to utilize the monitor and tune function on Simulink for an adc --> dq transformation model on Simulink, but I run into this error when trying to run. I have checked the hardware setup and I believe everything is in order. What could I change to fix this issue?
