Mex Error with Visual Studio 2013 and SDK7.1

In the Name of Allah, Most Merciful and Always Merciful.
I am trying to have the mex -setup.
I installed the visual studio express 2013 and also installed SDK 7.1 for my windows 64 bit. But still mex cant find the compiler , even when i choose it manually, it doesnt work! Please help!

Which Matlab version are you using? Which error message do you get?

@Micke: Do you have a similar problem? Then please post, which Matlab version aou are using. An answer is much easier, when this detail is provided.
