Can't get simulink Onramp Certificate

Hello,

I have completed Simulink Onramp tutorial. It's showing 100% progress on the onramp window but, in mathworks account it is showing 0%.

I want to download the cetrificate. Where can I get it?

I'm using MATLAB R2023a- academic version.

Try changing the versions and see if you have completed the tutorial in a different version than R2023a.

I have tried with all the versions and I still have the same problem... Can I try any other option?

When I'm going to change the version appears the next message:

"Note: If you select this version, it will start from the beginning. (Your progress on your current version will be saved in case you decide to return to it later."

You get that message if you have not yet started that version of the course. If it detects that you have previously made progress on a course version, you will see the message "Note: You previously started this version. You’ll resume from where you left off."

I think you should contact Support.
