need help developing an app to use a trained regression model

Hello, I've been trying to create an app to use a neural network that I have trained to predict the strength of concrete. I keep running into this error, can someone please help me. Thanks in advance.

It looks like the input feature data (variable "t") is not being constructed correctly.

Was the neural network trained on a table? What were the VariableNames? If you want to set the VariablenNames (aka predictor names) for the input table, normally you would set t.Properties.VariableNames appropriately.
