- Go to the MATLAB Central File Exchange and search for “MinGW”.
- Look for the MinGW-w64 Compiler Support package for MATLAB by TDM-GCC.
- Open the package and check the compatibility to ensure it supports your current MATLAB version.
- Download and run the installer (open with R2018b).
- After installing, in MATLAB command window type ‘mex -setup c++’.
- MATLAB will prompt you to select a compiler. Choose the MinGW-w64 compiler.
