I should write some data in an excel format (table) but displayed on the monitor Each box is different from the others (example: a1= number but a5= string) as in the example
What class (table...) do you recommend me to use

I'd use table, where you can store all the info on your picture. In MATLAB, you can convert most of the information from one data type to another, so for example you can convert string to numbers and vice–versa. So, you can store everything as a string for example, but if numbers are needed for calculation, you can convert strings into doubles.
This is just general idea. Might suit your project as well but depends on all your needs and plans.

it's possible to color all cell in white?

You could try addStyle with BackgroundColor set to white -- that might perhaps override the alternate-rows shading that happens by default.

i don't want to write in excel...i want display it in app designer table
