How to compile Windows generated code on a Linux machine?

We made fmu using simulink compiler in window .
However, the fmu was executed only in the window .
We want to use the fmu model created in the window in the linux .
We can't use Linux PC.
Is there any way to use fmu built on window using matlab environment such as simulink compiler on linux?

Thank you for the reply.
But both answers above seem to use gcc inside linux.
We can't use that environment.
Is there any way to make fmu for linux right from window?
We do not want to go through a separate process.
