How can I import an excel data and export results to another excel file?

I have 6 variables in excel file. I want to fix one variable and change others.

example:

my excel file

A [20:50]

B[20:80]

C[0:0.4]

D[0:3]

E[0:1]

F[0:5]

At first I want to imprt file and run my code for B=20 and all other variables then B=25 etc...
