How to add slope data to the 14 DOF vehicle dynamics model?

I used the Powertrain blockset and Vehicle Dynamics Blockset to build a multi-degree-of-freedom vehicle model (6DOF body). When I want to add the data of the slope, I don’t know where to access the slope data. In other words, my thinking is a bit confusion now, does anyone know?
Thanks a lot...

Dear Tong
When you consider road slope from Vehicle Dynamics Blockset, you can use "Ground displacement" at Ground Input from your snapshot. It directly links with this variable. You also need to consider wheelbase if you're considering only single source of road slope because front axle location and rear axle location is different.
If you're familar with Unreal or RoadRunner, I suggest to use 3D terrain sensor instead of z-displace input. (Implement multipoint terrain sensor in 3D environment - Simulink - MathWorks 한국)
