Sure. As soon as you pay for a license, MathWorks will provide the key directly to you.

Unless you're trying to link yourself to a license that is not already on your MathWorks account, you don't need an activation key.
If you are trying to do that, then you need to email the license admins for a key.

@Nikita Kutepov Nobody here can email you a license key. We don't work for The Mathworks sales department, and most of us don't work for any Mathworks department.
