Can you email a licence key?

No. Only some Mathworks employees are authorized to send licence keys, and those employees almost never read these posts.

I am not authorized staff; I am not staff at all. It would violate my own license agreement to provide you with a copy of the activation information for my own licences.

You need to contact Mathworks Support (but first, if you have a Spam folder, check it in case the original message got accidentally put there.)

If you've already purchased a license, then you don't need an activation key, unless you're trying to link your MathWorks account to another license. Just select your license and press next. If you don't get to choose a license, well, make sure you have your MathWorks account on your purchased license.
