I have three datasets; amplitude values (AA_1.mat) and corresponding time (t.mat) and depth (depth_1.mat). How to plot them together to get amplitude distribution with depth.

In future, for our convenience, please consolidate your attachments into a single .mat file, as I have done here. This requires less clicking to download and to load into Matlab.

Are you sure you don't just want a surf plot?
load Data
surf(depth_1, t, AA_1'); xlabel Depth; ylabel t; zlabel Amplitude
If not, how are the multiple amplitude values for a specific depth to be consolidated? By averaging over time? If so,
plot(depth_1, mean(AA_1,2)); xlabel Depth; ylabel 'Amplitude (Marginal Distribution)'

That looks pretty much the same as the surface plot, I presented, but with different settings:
load Data
surf(depth_1, t, AA_1','FaceColor','none'); xlabel Depth; ylabel t; zlabel Amplitude
grid off
view(-90,75);

It is working.Thank you.
