How to upload MATLAB PX4 Autopilot HITL example in real quadrotor UAV?

Hello!
I want to implement a custom px4 controller using simulink. For that I was following this example. I have successfully done HITL simulations and now I want to deploy the constroller given in this example on an actual quadrotor. Could anyone please guide me through the steps?

Deploying for actual flight and HITL is not much different with respect to the Simulink Workflow. For actual flight you might need to complete some extra steps such as sensor calibration, battery and RC interface setup etc before the flight, Refer this answer for more details.
