Pulse Generator frequency not correctly display

Hi all, I have an issues with the pulse generator on my simulink. I am not getting the frequency that I had set to my pulses generator.

Whereby, when I connect two ePWM to the system, my pulse generator setting of 1KHz will reduced to 300+Hz. Which is not what I wanted, may I know why or what is it causing this issues? As I would need to have a fix 1KHz generated by the pulse generator.

But when I removed the two ePWM circuit, my pulse generator is able to produce 1KHz to my scope.

Or is there any timer interrupt block modules for me to use in the simulink to solve this issues?
