Embedded Coder Support Package for TI C2000 Processors on Parallels Desktop

Hello,
I am using Mac OS, I need to use Embedded coder support package for TI C2000 controller so I downloaded a parallels desktop to have a Windows OS.
I tried to do a simple LED blinking exercise however, it is giving me this error:
*** Starting debug session...
*** Debug Session Name: Texas Instruments XDS100v1 USB Emulator_0/C28xx
*** Board Name: Texas Instruments XDS100v1 USB Emulator_0
*** CPU Name: C28xx
*** Connecting to target...
SEVERE: C28xx: Error connecting to the target: (Error -716 @ 0x0) Required dynamic library jscserdes could not be located. The library isn't on the search path. (Emulation package 9.5.0.00143)
SEVERE: emulation failure occurred
SEVERE: Error connecting to the target: emulation failure occurred
SEVERE: Cannot perform operation, target is not connected.
SEVERE: Error reseting target: Cannot perform operation, target is not connected.
Is it because of the hardware in compatibility? Is there going to be an Embedded Coder Support Package for TI C2000 Processors version which would support macOS platform?
Thank you in advance.

Hi Jenny,
This could be happening due to the software environment, but I could locate other possibilities also, courtesy Texas Instruments Technical Forums (links below) -
a) The USB cable could be faulty. It is suggested to retry using a different cable.
b) The drivers or emulation package need to be uninstalled and then reinstalled.
Here are the links to the Texas Instruments forums that could provide a solution -
Hope this helps.
