Customize Unreal engine scenes for automated driving

I am unable to Customize Unreal engine scenes for automated driving ,we have facing issue in Set Up Scene Customization Using Support Package phase itself,please try to help us identify where it is going wrong ,as it is urgency task for us ,try to reply us as soon as possible.
