How can i save files?

Hi, some options are not avaliable on my matlab as save. I tried look for it on the preferences but couldnt find it. Any help, plz? If it helps check the attachment

You may want to provide a screenshot and information about the release and operating system you are using.

No attachment. No information about what options are not available. Are you just running a very old release? How can we guess what you want or what is the problem?
