Mambo Parrot drone firmware is not updating using Simulink Support Package for Parrot Minidrones interface

2 views (last 30 days)
Hello,
I'm actually on Windows 10. I have a mambo Parrot FPV.
I'm using the Simulink Support Package for Parrot Minidrones interface.
I can open the GUI. I connect my drone via the cable. Then, the drone is detected. But, at this point, I disconnect my drone in order to update Parrot Mambo.
When I follow this steps, the leds will start blinking orange as indicate. But after a long moment, Leds are never remaining green. I don't know what to do.
I tired to do the factory reset following this document : https://fr.mathworks.com/help/supportpkg/parrot/ug/parrot-factory-reset.html. But it's not working either.
I want to be able to reset the drone in order to modifie the controler later on.
Thanks in advance for helps.

1. Ensure that the USB cable you are using to connect the drone to your computer is functioning properly. Try using a different USB cable or a different USB port on your computer to rule out any potential connection issues.
2. Disconnect the drone from the computer and turn it off. Wait for a few seconds, then turn it back on. Reconnect the drone to your computer and check if the update process can proceed successfully.
3. If the above steps do not resolve the issue, it is recommended to reach out to Parrot support directly. They can provide specific guidance and assistance for updating your Parrot Mambo drone and troubleshoot any potential hardware or firmware issues.
4.Verify that you have the latest version of the Simulink Support Package for Parrot Minidrones installed
