As per my understanding, you are unable to download the HMBD51 dataset which is used in Classify Videos Using Deep Learning.

To download the dataset, please follow the below mentioned steps:

1. Open the link in a browser: http://serre-lab.clps.brown.edu/resource/hmdb-a-large-human-motion-database/
2. Scroll down to the Download section of the page.
3. Right-Click on HMDB51 and select Save link as option.

Note that if you are using Chrome browser on Macbook with M chip generations, you cannot download it after click the link. Try with different browser such as Safari
