I would like to truangulate my data nodes.
This can be done by combination of delaunay and triangulation commands,
However, I have to ADD and DELETE the nodes and subsequently update the triangulation,
which is the key feature of the delaunaytriangulation command.
As known, delaunaytriangulation outputs tetrahedra connections for 3d data.
I would like to obtain the triangulation of the surface.
Now, I am lokking for any ideas.
Exactry the same question has been already given,
but this has been unsolved.

That kind of triangulation will never work for your kind of data.
I suggest that you use boundary() and adjust the alpha parameter.
