Storing variables in an array

Hello everyone, I have a small problem with my Matlab code, I want to plot the dynamics of 77 protons in 500001 Timepoint but due to Matlab capacity, im not able to plot all the protons and the timepoint. the Arrays I want to plot are

Mx=(77,500000)

My=(77,500000)

Mz=(77,500000)

How can I store/save in every matrice only the 100. Value (1. Value for the Mx Matrice => 100. => 200. => 300. ... => 500000)

Mx = 100:100:500000

Mx = 1×5000
