Hi! I want to plot this figure -
As you can see, the first plot is taking the 3 columns. And the last 6 plots are taking one columns only. Can anyone please tell me how can I write down tha code to plot this figure?

plot(rand(1, 10), '.-');

Yes, it is applicable when merging vertically.
subplot(3, 3, [1,4,7]);
plot(rand(1, 10), '.-');
subplot(3, 3, 2);
plot(rand(1, 10), '.-');
subplot(3, 3, 5);
plot(rand(1, 10), '.-');
subplot(3, 3, 6);
plot(rand(1, 10), '.-');
subplot(3, 3, 3);
plot(rand(1, 10), '.-');
subplot(3, 3, 8);
plot(rand(1, 10), '.-');
subplot(3, 3, 9);
plot(rand(1, 10), '.-');
