How to solve error: Undefined function 'SGY_Function' for input arguments of type 'Solution'

I am using Matlab R2021b with Cantera
I made sure the function is in the correct directory as the m file
Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

Hi,
Please try the following workarounds:
  • If you are having problems with your MATLAB search path, run the following MATLAB commands and then restart MATLAB:
>> restoredefaultpath % This will remove any custom paths
>> rehash toolboxcache
>> savepath
  • Another possible workaround could be by running the following command in the command line:
>> addpath(<new directory>)
The "addpath" command simply adds an extra folder to the pre-existing path default MATLAB path. Then exiting and restarting MATLAB should resolve this issue, by doing so the default MATLAB path is restored if "savepath" is not called.

@Ismaeel Dasti your function is present in the current directory. It looks like your input to the function is not correct. You have to check the input arguments to the function. Read the help part of the function.
