generating report in pdf format

i have to convert a report generated in word file through my matlab program, to pdf file to make it non editable. I am not using MATLAB report generator.I want that whenever i run my program,a pdf report will automatically open.How can I do that.?

To create a .pdf file from a .doc file, install a PDF printer driver from Adobe or the free pdf995. Then in MATLAB, use a Word COM server to open the Word document and then print it to the PDF printer.
